Everything was nice, including affable staff and lovely location in a quiet part of town. Location: the hotel was not far from the lake and the guest house, railway station and bus station and the main bus stand. Visited Western Catchment, located within a close distance from the venue.

The location was unbeatable and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Also, Lake Park was at a short distance. Loved our rooms with the view...

My recent stay at this hotel was delightful! the staff here are simply amazing. They are always available, ready to help and provide excellent service. the location is perfect, nestled in a quiet part of town near the beautiful Mukerti National Park and Lake. the garden area is well-maintained and adds a serene touch to the stay. the outdoor dining area offers a lovely setting for enjoying breakfasts or relaxing in the evenings.

The beds, although not the most comfortable, were still decent. It would be great if they could upgrade to more cozy bedding for an even better night's sleep.

The location of the guest house is fantastic, just a short walk from a bus stop and about 10-15 minutes away from downtown. I stayed in a twin room with a lovely view and had a really good stay.

we had a fantastic experience at Reflections Guest House. the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with train tickets and accommodating our request for twin beds. hot water was available at our preferred time. the location was lovely, with a great view of the lake and a charming garden. a delicious European breakfast was served in-room for a nominal fee. cons: not obvious to find 🧐.
